BIPOC ARTS is a program at the Phoenix Center for the Arts designed to support artists who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color. However we are open to everyone regardless of their identification!

Our program offers a comprehensive process of focusing on teaching artists arts education concepts, pedagogy, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in Creative Aging and Youth Art programs.
